He provided step by step instruction for installation. Amazing Product! Professional Customer service! Super quick production time & shipping! A+++++

Several months ago I began looking to transform our rapidly aging tennis court into a pickleball court. After contacting several companies I settled on Matéflex because of the patience and professionalism of their rep Jake Agrisano. After looking at pictures of our tennis court he told me he didn't think our surface would be ideal for their court. I like honesty. Instead of a quick sale to an uninformed buyer, he was concerned for my satisfaction. Over the next couple of months we stayed in touch as I worked to repair the surface of the court. He was interested in the products I used for filling cracks and depressions and followed our progress. The court arrived two weeks ago and Jake sent clear instructions on how to install it. This past weekend, with sons and grandchildren helping, we installed our new Matéflex court in less than 4 hours. The installation was straightforward. The tiles fit perfectly. And the court surface is wonderful to play on. We're completely satisfied with Matéflex and Jake!

About 25 years ago, I purchased enough flooring to do my 300 Sq. Ft. screened back porch. I installed it in about a 2 hours. (I couldn't do that today) I am thrilled to say that today that floor looks just as good as it did the day it arrived. It has survived +100 degree days in full sun and -20 degree winters with not a single crack. I have included a couple of photos for your enjoyment.

Metaflex is truly a quality company with quality material. I recently purchased a full court basketball court. They did an amazing job with outlining the paint lines and even packaged the tiles so the install was extremely simple. I will definitely use this same company in the future.

Wonderful customer service, they deliver. I was so frustrated before finding Mateflex because I ordered similar volleyball indoor tiles from rubberflooring back in January; the worst experience and customer service. The flooring never arrived after 2 months. At the end, at the beginning of April I realized my flooring was never going to be on time for my boy’s birthday party, so I started looking for other options. I’m so glad I found Mateflex. When I contacted the company they took the time to help me and promised to ship the tiles in two days. Not only I got the flooring after the time they said, but also, it was better in quality and at a similar price. I cannot thank Mateflex enough; I’m genuinely grateful. My boy had a wonderful party on a brand new sports floor, as he wanted.
